Never have I seen such attention to detail when it comes to the back side of undergarments. Ruffles, bustles, bows -- whatever dangles or flaps in the wind -- are gracing the hind quarters of adult women hell bent on looking sexy without resorting to butt floss. (Okay, okay. Maybe that's an exaggeration.)Even [seemingly benign] mainstream retailers like Home Shopping Network are getting on the trend. (A far cry from fetish fashion, unless HSN is really trying to capture a new audience.) I'm just not sure if I'm excited that frilly full-coverage knickers are hot, or a little creeped out that I might look like I'm three years old again. (Although, truth be told, I think my ass has grown far too large for that to be an issue.) Carry on!
